What happens at 2:00 a.m. to the people who work overnight? Do they lose an hour of work, or is their shift adjusted accordingly?

Both myself and my wife have had the fun of time changes while on the clock... Spring isn't too bad (your shift is an hour shorter) unless you actually have to do the same amount of work (then it is incredibly hectic trying to fit an extra hour's worth of work in)... Of course, Fall is no picnic regardless because your shift is an hour longer...

So if you're shift is shorter, does your pay get docked? That's no fair since it's not your fault. Do you get overtime in the fall?
